Optional Extras

• Anti-bacterial treatment                                                                                             The application of a sanitiser to kill any bacterial.  Recommended where there are children, pets or people with allergies or respiratory conditions (such as asthma) in the home.

• Chem-Dry Repel Protectant
The application of a stain-resistant coating which acts as a barrier against re-soiling. It is similar to Scotch-Guard.   We recommend this service for light-coloured carpets and upholstery along with areas which receive regular or heavy use.

• Dust Mite Anti-Allergen
Our treatment for dust mite droppings will render them harmless to people who display allergic symptoms to dust mite allergens.  It is recommended when there are people with allergies or respiratory conditions (such as asthma).  This product is not harmful to people or pets and is suitable for use on carpets, bedding, mattresses and all household furnishings. It is also available for purchase in an aerosol can.

Carpets and upholstery cleaned by Chem-Dry Universal are touch dry upon completion.  Carpets can be walked on straight away and upholstery can be sat on within 1 to 2 hours.
