Chem-Dry Universal is currently Chem-Dry of The Year 2009/2010 (North)

We were awarded the title of Chem-Dry of The Year 2009/2010 (North) at the annual Chem-Dry convention which was held last June in the beautiful city of York.

Flooding and water damage

We have a wealth of knowledge in drying properties having already handled hundreds of claims in the previous floods of Carlisle and Hull.  We have a huge bank of drying equipment along with the much sought after Advanced Drying System - a system more commonly installed in Commercial properties.  This piece of equipment (known as the ADS3000) dries properties in days as opposed to weeks.

Hotels

In December 2009  we won a large contract with a major hotel chain as their dedicated carpet, upholstery and curtain cleaners. Every month our team visit to carry out the cleaning as required by the Marriott.  This pre-planned visit is carried out so as to cause as little disruption as possible. The Hotel bedrooms are virtually dry as we finish each clean and the Hotel therefore suffers no downtime as the rooms can be booked out again immediately. 

Cinemas and Theatres

We play a leading role in a couple of these establishments in East Yorkshire.  They rely on our quick drying cleaning methods to ensure that their auditoriums are fully utilised for every performance.
