Optional Extras

• Anti-bacterial treatment
The application of a sanitiser will kill any bacteria.  We recommend this service where there are children, pets or people with allergies or respiratory conditions (such as asthma).

• Chem-Dry Repel Protectant
We can apply a stain-resistant coating which acts as a barrier against re-soiling.  Similar to Scotch-Guard,  it is recommended for light-coloured carpets and upholstery along with areas which receive regular or heavy use.

• Dust mite anti-allergen                                                                                               Our treatment for dust mite droppings renders them harmless to people who display allergic symptoms to dust mite allergens.  Recommended for people with allergies or respiratory conditions (such as asthma) this product is not harmful to people or pets and is suitable for use on carpets, bedding, mattresses and all household furnishings.  It is also available for purchase in an aerosol can.

Carpets and upholstery cleaned by Chem-Dry Universal are touch dry upon completion.  Carpets can be walked on straight away and upholstery can be sat on within 1 to 2 hours.

Chem-Dry products do not contain any soaps, detergents or harsh chemicals.  We do not need these to accomplish our great results so there are no dirt-attracting residues left on your carpets.  This means that Chem-Dry Universal provides truly phenomenal results that are not only cleaner than ordinary companies but also STAY cleaner for longer!
