Stage one:

General maintenance and floor preparation

Removes built up dirt and grime and if necessary old worn finishes. Wooden floors can be prepared by liquid sanding (no dust or sawdust anywhere). Gouges and scratches can be colour matched to look like natural grain. All in a simple low hassle, dust free option to preparing floors.

Stage two:

Sealing

Chem-Dry Seal preserves the natural colour of the floor surface - no tints or staining. Just the floor as it was first laid. Another major advantage is its very quick drying time allowing top finishes to be applied almost immediately.

Stage three:

Finishes

Finishes add protection to the floor.  Chem-Dry finishes are all of commercial quality and are measured in the amount of footfall they can withstand without showing signs of wear and tear.  Imported from America where hard floors are more commonplace they are proven in the commercial market as one of the best products around.

Wood finishes come in three types- gloss, semi-gloss and matt.  Other hard floor finishes are all gloss.
