Customer Charter

A) TELEPHONE:

Your phone calls will always be politely answered in person during office hours (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday) using the full Chem-Dry Universal name.

B) QUOTATION AND INVOICE:

You will receive either an over the phone estimate or a free no obligation written quotation within three working days of your enquiry. Where an estimate has been given this price will be confirmed or amended by the technician prior to any cleaning work commencing.

When the work has been completed you will be asked to initial all tasks undertaken by the technician stating that you are satisfied with the standard of work performed. You will then be provided with an itemised invoice which will also require your signature.

C) ALL SERVICES OFFERED:

When you receive a quotation you will be made aware of all the Chem-Dry services available to you.

D) COMPLETION OF CLEAN:

Every effort will be made to complete your cleaning within 5 working days of you accepting the quotation unless you prefer otherwise.

E) DRESS STANDARDS:

You will be impressed by the neat, professional and clean appearance of all Chem-Dry employees and representatives.

F) VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT:

All Chem-Dry vehicles will be in a good, clean condition inside and outside and all vans will carry the Chem-Dry logo.

G) INSPECTION:

A pre-test and full inspection will be carried out on all items you would like cleaned and the results recorded on your quotation.

H) FOLLOW UP:

Your comments are important to us so you will be left with a questionnaire to comment on the quality of the services provided to you from Chem-Dry Universal together with a pre-paid envelope for its return.

I) PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND SECONDARY QUOTES:

You will always be given a promotional leaflet listing all the products that you can buy from us. Also after every job you will be offered a courtesy quote for any future additional cleaning services.

J) GUARANTEE:

'If you are not completely satisfied with our service we will put it right or refund your money`. Providing you have called our Office to lodge your dissatisfaction within 5 working days we will do our utmost to put it right.
